Doppiafila notifies you when you have or have left the car double parked.
DoppiaFila (doppia fila) is the application that allows you to be notified when you have left your car in a double row and are blocking someone and to exit the parking lot when someone is blocking you.
If, however, you are the "blocked" one, then register and enter the license plate of the vehicle blocking you. You will send a notification to the vehicle owner who will be notified about the need to move the vehicle.
